QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our Quality Assurance and Product Certification are conducted according to international standards through various tests and inspections performed at our own Workshop and Laboratory . Facilities include NDT, tests of Chemical and Mechanical Properties, utilizing various testing machines and equipment such as Spectrometer, PMI (Positive Material Identification), UTM (Universal Testing Machine), Hardness Tester, Eddy Current Testing Machine, Surface Roughness Tester, Hydrostatic Test, Metallographic Inspection, and other specific inspections as per customer requirements, including Heat Treatment, Surface Treatment, Anti-Corrosion, etc.
To maintain continuous quality assurance and ensure prime quality products, Arezda adopts and pursues high standards of continuous quality management throughout the entire production process. Tubes are 100% Eddy Current tested and verified for tolerances regarding size, thickness, surface quality, chemical & mechanical properties, and other metallographic inspections.
